Montréal, January 17, 2008 – Gaz Métro Limited Partnership (TSX: GZM.UN) will hold its Annual Partners’ Meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time), at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, 1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, Room 511 B, Montréal(Québec), to review its activities as well as discuss its 2007 fiscal year results and 2008 first quarter results.
The Annual Partners’ Meeting will be broadcasted live on Gaz Métro’s website (www.gazmetro.com/investors) in the “Webcasts” section. A rebroadcast will be available for a period of 90 days.
The Partnership will also hold a telephone conference with financial analysts to discuss specifically its 2008 first quarter results on February 6, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time). Sophie Brochu, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Pierre Despars, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be the main speakers. This will be followed by a question and answer period. The results are expected to be released that morning.
