About the compressed natural gas fuelling station

Keep your vehicle fleet running with a compressed natural gas fuelling station designed to meet your specific needs. Since the station is fed by Énergir’s underground gas network, you benefit from a continuous supply of fuel: no need to manage it to your site with tanker-trucks. As a rule, a station becomes profitable starting with just a few medium- or heavy-duty vehicles (based on average consumption).

Benefits of a compressed natural gas fuelling station

The station gives you long-term stability in fuel supply costs and helps you achieve greater independence and productivity gains, with no risk of ground contamination. With a compressed natural gas fuelling station, you can refuel your vehicles with optimum efficiency and let your budget – and the planet – breathe easier.

Reduce your fuel costs

Pay less for the same mileage by managing a vehicle fleet that run on natural gas. Not only is natural gas more environmentally friendly, it is also up to 30% less expensive than gasoline and diesel.

Chart comparing annual fuel costsfor a truck consuming an average of 34.1 liters of diesel per 100 km. Costs of natural gas correspond to a 100% CNG engine. This calculation is based on an annual mileage of 80,000 kilometers.

Reduce your GHG emissions

When a vehicle runs on natural gas, greenhouse emissions are reduced by as much as 25%, SO2 emissions by as much as 99%, NO emissions by as much as 17% and fine particulate emissions by as much as 97%. These numbers don’t lie; blue is better.

Benefit from Énergir grants

In addition to seeing your monthly energy bill decrease, you can save even more with Énergir grants. One of many reasons for you to switch to blue!

Choose performance

The natural gas fuelling station provides two methods of refueling, depending on the requirements of your vehicle fleet: slow and rapid. The slow refueling method allows your vehicles to refuel overnight or during your fleet’s downtimes; the rapid refueling method takes about the same time as that required for traditional fuels.
