In recent weeks, the Régie de l’énergie published its decision regarding the interruptible offer proposed by Énergir. In its decision, the Régie favourably received the interruptible proposal. The following table summarizes the options retained by the Régie:

- Variable: $4/m3 for each cubic meter interrupted applicable on the DVI
- Fixed credit paid to customers in 4 installments: December, January, February and March

- Quantities available may be limited. Énergir will therefore choose customers with the highest DVI.

The application of the interruptible offer, including a transition period, along with the terms and conditions, will be studied in phase 4 of the rate application vision. The implementation of these options is not feasible before the 2023 2024 rate year.
